Personal and Business Brand Photographer

Every successful business – large or small – has a compelling story to tell, and good visual marketing is all about putting that story across.  My quest is to help you market your businesses successfully by creating unique personally branded images for websites, social media and PR. Original and captivating photographs bring your story to life, showcasing your products and services, and these are what I love to create for my clients.

Career Background

I haven’t always been a photographer. I started my career in London, specialising in business communication and managed graduate training programmes for large corporate organisations including Accenture, World Com and Bankers Trust.  I then took on a new challenge closer to home as Operations Director for an ambitious Start-Up business Insure and Go.  It’s now one of the most successful travel insurance companies in the UK.

Education

I moved to Suffolk in 2002 to raise my family.  I helped my husband establish a successful food photography business Stuart West Photography  I caught the photography bug from him, but always wanted to branch out on my own, so I went back to university and graduated with a BA Hons from University of Suffolk in photography.  I now have clients in London, East Anglia and the South East.

For me, being a professional photographer is the perfect job. It combines creativity, with face-to face communication and helping people make the most of their businesses. I love that challenge!

Home life

I live in the picturesque county of Suffolk, with my husband, two teenagers, and a loopy lab.  We’ve spent the last 20 years renovating our home.  Now it’s complete, we’re taking on a new challenge and building our next home in the garden.  We’ll also be adding a photography studio to work from.  It’s very exciting and we aim to be in by March 2024.  I love to start the day walking or jog plodding with our dog in the nearby fields.  At weekends enjoying good food in the local pubs and restaurants with friends and family or heading to the coast for fish and chips.
